Welcome

Welcome to Audley Retirement’s website outlining our draft proposals for a new Audley care community in Chalfont St Peter.

Our proposals are for a care community for older people on a previously-developed site – part of the Epilepsy Society’s site off Rickmansworth Lane.

Sensitively designed to reflect local architecture and its village location, the proposals would include an orchard, allotments and beautifully designed gardens.

Our care communities allow older people the freedom to live independently in their own home, confident in the knowledge that care and support is on hand, 24 hours a day.

"As Chairman of SENSE, a well established and properly constituted local action group based in Chalfont St Peter, I am very much in support of the current proposals put forward by Audley to redevelop part of the NSE site. There appears to be a real need for a care community of this type and quality and this development will more than fulfill this need. In addition, we are extremely impressed with the design of this development and believe it would be of benefit local residents." Glyn Taylor, SENSE for Chalfont St Peter.

Who we are

About Audley Retirement

MapAudley has been building and managing care communities across the UK for over ten years, including in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Harrogate, Matlock Spa and Maidstone (see map opposite).

Our care communities have transformed the conventional care home concept allowing older people the freedom to live in their own home, confident that care and support is on hand, 24 hours a day.  This model of care enables residents to grow old, safe in the knowledge that they will not need to move to a care home if their health declines.

Residents of our care communities have a secure home in a safe environment, with their own front door. Care communities enable older people to remain living independently for as long as possible in homes that are designed to accommodate their changing needs.  They also allow couples to stay together even if only one partner needs full time care.

An Audley care community also has communal facilities including a dining room, hobbies room, library, hydrotherapy pool and treatment rooms.  Along with 24 hour care and security, a wide range of activities are organised for residents to enjoy.
